DRY X’s Terms and Conditions

What services does DRYX provide?

Dry X provides pick-up and delivery services for dry cleaning and laundry. Pick-up and delivery may be requested through our Website or the use of an application supplied by Dry X and downloaded and installed by you on your single mobile device (smartphone) (the “Application”). All services provided by Dry X to you by means of your use of the Website or Application are hereafter referred to as the “Service.”

How is a contract concluded between DRYX and you?

By using the Website, Application, or the Service, you enter into a contract with Dry X (the “Contract”). In order to be able to use the Website, Application, or Service, you first need to sign up with Dry X. When signing up, you are obligated to provide Dry X with your personal information, mobile telephone number, address for pick-up and delivery, and credit card data (only requested when placing an order). Upon successful completion of your signing up with Dry X, Dry X will provide you with a personal account, which may be accessible to you with a password of your choice.

Your contracting partner is DRYX LAUNDRY LLC, a corporation established in DED KHALIFA B A BALILA BLDG ABU HAIL (“DRYX”). Our website is dryx.ae (the “Website”).

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Service, Website, or Application. If you reside in a jurisdiction that restricts the use of the Service, Website, or Application due to age limitations, you must comply with those limits. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you are authorized to enter into these User Terms and register for the Service and Application

Your use of the Website, Application, or the Service

You warrant that the information you provide to Dry X is accurate and complete. Dry X reserves the right to verify the information you provide and refuse the Service or Application if necessary.
You may only access the Service using authorized means. It is your responsibility to ensure you download the correct Application for your device. Dry X is not liable if you do not have a compatible mobile device or if you download the wrong version of the Application.

By using the Website, Application, or the Service, you further agree that:

• You will only use the Service, Website, or Application for your sole, personal use and will not resell it to a third party.
• You will not authorize others to use your account.
• You will not transfer your account to another person or entity.
• You will not use the Service, Website, or Application for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
• You will not impair the proper operation of the network.
• You will not harm or attempt to harm the Service, Website, or Application in any way.
• You will keep your account credentials secure.
• You will provide proof of identity upon request.
• You will comply with all applicable laws while using the Service.

Dry X reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service if you violate any of the above rules.

Care for Garments

Dry X provides, at your choice, three services:

• Cleaning and Pressing: Dry X follows garment care labels. If a label is missing, Dry X will make a best-effort judgment for cleaning. If a requested treatment contradicts care label instructions, Dry X will attempt to contact the user. If approval is given, the user assumes responsibility for any damage.
• Wash & Fold: Items are washed at 40°C and dried at medium to high heat. Dry X staff do not verify garment suitability for these conditions, and users assume responsibility for any damage.
• Dry X does not guarantee complete stain removal but will attempt to remove stains without damaging garments.

Item Count

• Dry X’s pick-up driver will count the number of bags but will not inspect garments upon collection.
• A detailed count and inspection will be performed at the facility, and customers will be informed of any noted damage.

Payment

• The use of the Website and Application is free, but Dry X reserves the right to introduce fees.
• You agree to pay for all services requested.
• Payments are processed via www.checkout.com.
• Payments are non-refundable. Any rejected credit card transactions must be settled before delivery.

Indemnification

By using the Application or Service, you agree to indemnify and hold Dry X, its affiliates, licensors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
(a) Your violation of these User Terms. (b) Your infringement on any third-party rights. (c) Your misuse of the Application or Service.

Liability

• Dry X is not liable for incorrect information, viruses, or network errors.
• Dry X is not responsible for damages from electronic communication failures.
• Dry X’s liability for lost or damaged garments is limited to AED 1,500 or 15 times the cleaning fee, whichever is lower.
• Users must report damages within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged and Lost Items

• Damaged items: Users must report damages within 7 days via info@dryx.ae or in-app chat. Dry X reserves the right to reject claims made after this period.
• Lost items: Users must report lost items within 7 days. Items are considered lost 10 days after the initial claim. Compensation is limited to 15 times the cleaning fee.

License and Copyright

• Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dry X Content for personal use only.
• Users must not modify, copy, or distribute Dry X content without permission.
• Dry X may remove User Content that violates these Terms.

Termination of Contract

• Users may terminate their contract by deleting the application.
• Dry X may terminate services immediately if Terms are violated.

Privacy Policy

Dry X collects and processes user data as per its Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and UAE laws.
• Disputes shall be settled by the competent Courts of Dubai.
